UNICEF’s Private Fundraising and Partnerships (PFP) Division is transitioning from Geneva to Rome. The People & Culture function must provide high‑quality Human Resources services to all PFP staff during this change. The role will contribute to ensuring continuity of People and Culture services, compliance with policy and procedural requirements, and effective support to the division’s transformation, application of benefits and entitlement, with specific focus on the transition to Rome and other change‑management processes.
