We are hiring a Community Manager to help grow an international private members club developing community‑based real estate in resilient locations around the world for people who value natural health, self‑sufficiency, privacy, and greater control over how they live. This is a front‑facing role at the intersection of community, sales support, and customer experience. You will speak directly with prospective members across Telegram and other channels, answer questions, build trust, follow up consistently, and guide people from first contact to the next step. You will also speak with interested customers on the phone, explain how the business works, handle early‑stage questions, and book qualified prospects into sales calls. We are looking for someone fluent in English and Italian, with German being a bonus.
