STRIKER - Store Activator Perugia - Temporary

Position

Striker – Sales team, RedBull Italy – Full time – Perugia, Umbria, Italy

Overview

Within the Sales team, Strikers handle customer relationships and negotiate with Retail accounts within specific geographical areas, aiming to achieve all elements of RedBull Perfect Store – availability, visibility and additional placements – to enable maximum sales of all RedBull products.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow strong relationships with retail accounts.
• Negotiate terms and agreements with retail partners.
• Execute and oversee RedBull Perfect Store implementation to ensure availability, visibility and additional placements.
• Travel 90‑100% as required by the role.

Qualifications

• Growth mindset and proactive approach.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; English language proficiency required.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a field‑based environment.
• Experience in FMCG is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Valid driving licence.
