Job Title Graduate Field Engineer (Well Construction) Location Pescara, Italy Job Summary Graduate Engineers play a crucial role in a company's growth by becoming its future managers and technical leaders. This position requires the holder to develop skills in product knowledge, leadership, customer interaction, and delivering all aspects of the Engineering scope of supply accurately and promptly. As a Graduate Engineer, you will have opportunities to obtain professional membership with an institution. You will learn the business from the ground up and become a skilled and confident specialist in the se Essential Responsibilities and Duties During the training program, your responsibilities will in include: Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time. Execute service delivery to the cus tomer. Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement pro grams. Develop customer contacts to promote company products and ser vices. Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing the Compliance Assessment Tool (CAT), self-assessments, and well site inspec tions. Participate in HSE and Quality initia tives. Wear PPE and observe HSE pol icies. Maintain the required safety tra Qualifications cations BS or MS: Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Petroleum Engineering (other closely related degrees considered) of a 2:2 standard or above. The desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic business on high-value, technically complex products/pr ojects. Advance and professional English and I talian.
