Experteer Overview
As Business Manager On Trade, you will drive revenue and shape Bacardi's presence in the Italian On-Trade. You will lead a sales team, build strategic customer relationships, and execute country plans to grow brand and portfolio impact. You’ll champion Commercial Excellence assets and shopper programs to influence purchasing at the point of sale. The role blends entrepreneurship with cross-functional collaboration, traveling within your area to stay connected with stakeholders. This is a high-visibility position shaping Bacardi’s legacy in a key market.
Retribuzione / Benefits
Deliver key financial targets (NSV, gross margin, profitability)
Build and maintain relationships with strategic customers in the On-Trade channel
Implement customer and shopper programs per the Country Integrated Activity Plan (IAP)
Drive use of Commercial Excellence assets (e.g., Pictures of Success) and activation of brands
Identify opportunities for new business and contribute to category/channel plans
