Experteer Overview
In this role, you coordinate welding activities within manufacturing to ensure compliant, efficient processes aligned with customer requirements. You work closely with production, quality, and engineering to solve real-time welding challenges and drive safe, traceable operations. You will influence procedures, materials usage, and inspections, contributing to a critical area of our manufacturing operations. The opportunity combines hands‑on field work with cross‑functional collaboration to maintain high‑quality welding standards.

Coordinate daily welding activities ensuring standards and customer requirements are met
Analyze orders to select welding procedures (WPS) and support PQR development
Collaborate with operators to ensure correct welding execution and material usage
Review production plans and secure consumables and resources
Manage welding consumables selection, ordering, and proper use
Identify and resolve welding-related non-conformities with corrective actions
Prepare working instructions and ensure documentation and traceability
Support operator qualifications (WPQ/WOPQ) and certification continuity
Collaborate with Quality on inspections and audits
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and HSEQ standards
Responsabilità
Welding certification (IWE / IWT / IWI / IWS or equivalent)
Degree in Engineering or technical field is a plus
Minimum 5 years of welding/manufacturing experience
Good knowledge of welding processes, materials, and standards
Experience with WPS/PQR and quality requirements
Ability to manage non-conformities and corrective actions
Italian fluency and a minimum of B1-B2 in English
