10+ years in hands-on software development in Fixed Income Trading (preferably Repos and derivatives trading) Min 5 years in a role providing oversight over platform development Proven success managing an engineering team delivering complex, high-availability systems Strong expertise in modern architectures, cloud platforms, DevSecOps, and regulated SDLC environments Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills What you can expect
