We are looking for a Market Access Manager to join our Market Access Team.

WHAT WILL YOU DEAL WITH? Strategic Access activities:
  • Supporting the development of P&MA strategic assessments: overview of Italian landscape and competitors in the specific therapeutic area, identification of potential issues and hurdles, advice on strategy for positioning and pricing.
Market Access activities:
  • Preparing Pricing and Reimbursement dossiers according to Italian requirements (any kind of dossier, from medicinal specialties to generics, from new applications to renegotiation applications, etc.) and give support for submission to the Italian Agency.
  • Supporting with the organization and management of advisory boards with KOLs and/or payer experts or F2F interviews (preparation of key materials).
  • Supporting the whole Pricing and Reimbursement procedure: preparation of written responses to AIFA Commissions, mock-negotiations, follow-up until publication in the Italian Official Journal.
Health Economics activities:
  • Supporting the adaptation of economic models: Budget Impact Model (BIM) and cost-effectiveness model (CEM) and writing of the Economic Section of the AIFA P&R Dossier.
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?
  • At least 5 years of experience in the same role.
  • Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology or Pharmacy or Health Economics.
  • Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken), essential for frequent contacts with international companies.
  • Strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a team oriented mindset, with the capacity to coordinate complex projects, facilitate stakeholder dialogue, and collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
