The CompanyMultinational Pharmaceutical Group, leader in the development and manufacturing of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), is currently seeking a:TECHNICAL SERVICE MANAGERThe RoleEnsure the effective management of scheduled and extraordinary maintenance activities to guarantee asset availability and full regulatory complianceSupervise OpEx and CapEx budgets, ensuring cost-effective planning and executionOversee procurement processes, including contract management and purchase ordersManage internal teams and coordinate external service providersSupervise critical instrumentation, including validation and calibration processesLead facility and energy management activities, ensuring sustainability and efficiencySupport the drafting of User Requirement Specifications (URS) for new equipment, contribute to technical evaluations during tender processes, and manage commissioning and qualification activitiesAct as key liaison with the EHS department for health and safety matters and with the QA department for cGMP complianceContribute to the identification, definition, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs), as well as risk assessments and deviation managementProvide technical support for the development of new technical and economic initiativesPromote a culture of continuous improvement across all areas of responsibilityRegulatory KnowledgeMachinery Directive 2006/42/ECATEX Directive 2014/34/EUPED Directive 2014/68/EUREACH and CLP RegulationsGood Manufacturing Practices (GMP)Legislative Decree 81/08 (Occupational Health & Safety)RequirementsMaster’s Degree in
Chemical Engineering6–8 years of experience, including at least 2–4 years in the pharmaceutical, chemical, food, plastic or paper mill industryMinimum 2 years of experience in team managementStrong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishProactive, results-oriented, and highly motivatedExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact across all levels of the organizationSolid understanding of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) principlesTeam player with strong leadership abilitiesLocationPisa, Italy
