Planning Manager

Experteer Overview

In this Planning Manager role, you lead end-to-end planning to optimize service, inventory, and cost for a new production site. You’ll partner with Operations, Procurement, and Customer Experience to mature production and materials planning capabilities. You’ll set robust planning routines, balance demand and capacity, and drive data quality and digital tooling adoption. This role offers impact at scale within a science-led, collaborative culture. You shape the site’s planning discipline to enable efficient, cost-aware growth.

Responsabilità

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of Supply Chain experience with strong operations planning
• At least 2 years of people leadership experience
• APICS CPIM or equivalent certification strongly preferred
• Solid knowledge of SAP ECC or equivalent ERP systems;
  experience with advanced planning tools a plus
• Fluent in English and Italian
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills
• Excellent communication with a customer-centric mindset
