Professional Solutions, an Adecco Group company, is looking for two highly qualified and motivated professionals to join our client's team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in the automotive industry and contribute to the success of a leading company.
German Speaker Automotive
Responsibilities:
-Perform outbound calls in German to Dealers based in Germany
-Follow up and drive resolution of tickets that are currently pending
-Monitor ticket progress and ensure timely and effective follow-up
-Collaborate with internal teams to identify priorities and potential issues
-Update internal systems with call outcomes and activity notes
-Identify bottlenecks or delays and escalate when necessary
-Maintain clear and professional communication with Dealers
-Follow processes and guidelines provided during the initial training
Requirements:
- Fundamental fluency in German and English language
- Familiarity with management systems and software
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent problem solving skills
Contract Details:
- Fixed-term contract until December 31st.
- Full Time 40h weekly
