Experteer Overview In this Mechanical Engineer role, you drive the technical work within a cross‑functional team to deliver cooking products from component integration to full systems. You work within the Integrated Product Development process and manage project budgets and schedules. You collaborate with multiple labs and manufacturing stakeholders to ensure quality, performance, and cost targets. This role offers hands‑on product development with a broad impact across product maintenance, value analysis, and innovation. Retribuzione / Benefits Develop cooking products from component level to complete system meeting quality, performance, reliability, cost and timing targets Operate the Electrolux Integrated Product Development Process Track budgets for assigned projects Chair project reviews as required by project leaders Develop and monitor project schedules in support of goals and targets Plan, monitor, and approve work by Engineering and Prototype Workshop, Approval Laboratory, Reliability Laboratory, Innovation Team and Electronics Team Prepare and direct engineering documentation: Bill of Materials, 2 D & 3 D drawings and Technical Specifications Contribute to GR&D teams during product development and provide creative contributions within project teams Own the definition of technical specifications (mechanical and functional) Interface with Manufacturing, Factory Quality, Process Engineering, Laboratories, Innovation & Technologies, Quality in Field, Electronics & Electrical Systems Development, Enablers Ensure Product maintenance, quality and value analysis programs when needed Provide full support to company programs, policies and objectives Responsabilità 2+ years of experience in Product Development Advanced skills in 3 D CAD, Catia V5 / Inventor software with metal sheet design experience General knowledge of manufacturing and assembly with stainless steel parts General MS Office proficiency Experience in professional products sectors for cooking is a plus Willing to travel Italian native or fluent; English fluent Requisiti fondamentali hybrid work option country-specific perks and benefits growth opportunities trust and ownership culture focus on sustainability work-life balance support #J-18808-Ljbffr
