Responsibilities

• Analyze and authorize or reject warranty claims from dealers
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures
• Ensure compliance with the directives and procedures contained in group policies in the area of assurance

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of the automotive industry
• Fundamental fluency in French and English language
• Excellent technical training skills
• Familiarity with management systems and software
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent problem solving skills

Contract Details

• Initial 6‑month fixed‑term contract with salary to be evaluated based on previous experience in the role.
• Full Time 40h weekly
