This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about customer engagement and are looking to work in a dynamic industry. As a customer service representative, you will assist clients in Portuguese, addressing inquiries and providing support related to tobacco products and services.

• Handle customer inquiries regarding tobacco products, brand information, and services via phone, email, and live chat in Portuguese
• Provide detailed information about product offerings, promotions, and health regulations
• Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and inquiries regarding shipments and returns
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for tracking and follow-up purposes
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and ensure compliance with company policies
• Stay informed about tobacco industry trends, products, and regulations to better assist customers

• Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the tobacco or consumer goods industry
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction and engagement
• Ability to handle inquiries professionally and effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer service technologies
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required
