Responsibilities
  • As a Product Development Specialist, bring the full range of Rijk Zwaan varieties to life on the market, with a special focus on the central regions of Italy.
  • Strengthen our existing market presence and unlock new opportunities by engaging directly with growers and setting up impactful commercial trials.
  • Connect with key partners using your blend of technical expertise, sales insight, and strong communication skills, and demonstrate the added value of Rijk Zwaan varieties in your area.
  • Actively contribute to product development and demand generation, supporting local marketing initiatives to ensure successful market introduction.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues and play a pivotal part in the launch of new varieties—helping bring innovation from the field to the market.
  • Travel extensively within the assigned area as required, with a strong client focus and commercial mindset.
Qualifications
  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture and background in vegetable production with knowledge of the market crops.
  • Minimum 5 years' relevant experience working in sales/promotion within horticulture.
  • Based in Roma area.
