Product Manager for Medium Voltage Static Frequency Converters (f/m/d)

In this role you drive the long-term growth and marketing of the SFC portfolio for medium voltage applications. You will manage the product life cycle, analyze market trends, and align strategy with business goals, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to launch and optimize hardware and software solutions. You will help shape a modular, reliable, and grid‑friendly offering that supports a greener energy transition. This position offers a practical impact through cross‑border collaboration and direct input to R&D and IP protection.

• Manage the entire product life cycle for the portfolio, including hardware and software
• Lead market intelligence to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning
• Define and maintain the portfolio roadmap with new developments, enhancements, and phase‑outs
• Prioritize and oversee product development with cross‑functional teams
• Define value propositions per segment and channel for marketing strategies and launches
• Continuously improve product management processes and tools (configurators, training, lifecycle management)
• Drive cross‑functional innovation initiatives and provide input to R&D for patents and IP protection

Responsabilità

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• Postgraduate qualification in Marketing, Strategy, or Business (MBA) preferred
• 5-10 years in product marketing/management or product technology in a tech‑based organization
• Ability to influence and collaborate with cross‑functional and cross‑cultural teams
• Solid knowledge of industrial hardware and software development
• Familiarity with the medium voltage market, customers, competition, and standards preferred
• Strong analytical and decision‑making skills for multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Collaborative, solutions‑oriented approach with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• High fluency in English
• Location: Madrid or Milan preferred
