We are seeking a talented, highly motivated business development leader to engage with onsite marketing teams and F2 special projects to drive visibility and adoption of F2 products on Amazon. This role will be responsible for directly managing content campaigns, talent partnerships, and representing the needs of these partners across our department. It will also be highly focused on translating IRL events onsite, thus experience working with onsite marketing leads is a plus.
Key Responsibilities- Own Content Strategy and Execution – develop and execute integrated content campaigns that drive measurable revenue growth and new customer acquisition across Fashion, Sports, and Outdoors. Define campaign objectives, success metrics, and optimization strategies. Deliver quarterly business reviews demonstrating ROI and impact on key business metrics.
- Build and Scale Talent Partnerships – source, negotiate and activate strategic talent partnerships that expand F2’s reach into new customer segments. Own the full partnership lifecycle from identification through contract execution and performance measurement. Establish repeatable frameworks for evaluating partnership opportunities and measuring creator impact.
- Translate Physical Events to Digital Experiences – design and implement strategies that convert IRL event momentum into sustained onsite engagement. Partner with marketing leads to create integrated experiences that bridge physical and digital touchpoints. Own the measurement framework that connects event participation to customer behavior and sales.
- Drive Cross-Business Revenue Opportunities – identify and close collaborative deals with AWS, Ads, and other strategic Amazon businesses. Build business cases that demonstrate mutual value creation. Own relationship management and quarterly goal-setting with partner teams.
- Influence Product Roadmap – advocate for partner and customer needs in product development discussions. Propose and pressure-test new integration concepts that unlock revenue opportunities. Translate market insights into actionable product requirements that drive adoption.
- 5+ years of professional non‑internship marketing experience.
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables).
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross‑functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
- Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs.
- Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives.
- Usage of generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, with a willingness to learn effective prompting and evaluation practices.
- Ability to recognize opportunities where generative AI could enhance products, workflows, or customer experiences.

Base salary range for this position: USD 120,000.00 – 179,600.00 annually (NYC) and USD 109,100.00 – 160,000.00 annually (Seattle). Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
