Amazon Payments Mexico is looking for a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to join the Amazon Mexico Payments Marketing Team, responsible for bringing to life new and existing financial products—such as debit and credit cards, BNPL, and alternative payment methods.
As a PMM, you will be the main marketing point of contact (POC) for our Product Managers (PMs), driving go-to-market strategy and execution for multiple payment products. You will translate product features into customer value, orchestrate launches, and ensure seamless delivery of marketing assets and promotions that drive awareness, adoption, and growth.
This role requires strong strategic thinking, excellent project management, and the ability to balance multiple priorities while influencing cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, knows when to push back or escalate, and demonstrates sharp business judgment.
Key Job Responsibilities- Act as the main POC for Product Managers, coordinating go-to-market activities for several financial products under your ownership.
- Develop and execute comprehensive GTM plans including promotions, messaging, targeting, and launch readiness.
- Own and optimize the variable marketing investment strategy (e.g., coupons, cashback, and discount budgets) to drive Sales, Acquisition, and engagement KPIs.
- Partner with Payments Onsite and Offsite Marketing, Central Marketing, Finance, Product, and Legal to align campaign priorities, timelines, and creative assets.
- Drive the end-to-end process of promotional setup, ensuring flawless execution and customer experience across channels.
- Translate business goals into measurable marketing plans, analyzing results and proposing optimizations for future cycles.
- Contribute to quarterly and annual marketing planning and product growth strategies across the Payments portfolio.
- Represent Payments Marketing in internal forums, ensuring alignment and visibility across cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience developing successful marketing or communications campaigns
- Experience managing multiple projects, prioritizing, planning, and managing time
- Experience tracking budgets on creative projects and negotiate estimates
- Experience in developing and managing marketing or channel programs
- Experience managing competing priorities across a wide range of stakeholders
- Experience in Payments Law
- MBA, or Master's degree
- Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
