Experteer Overview
As a Production Engineer, you help the PSD team deliver safe, efficient, and reliable service delivery. You develop optimized technical job designs and drive continuous improvement across the product line. You provide real-time support, assist in incident response, and communicate the value of technology to stakeholders. You collaborate with subject matter experts to refine designs and support risk management, aiming to enhance performance and value for customers. This role offers the chance to shape design in a global energy technology context and contribute to learnings that improve future job execution.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver optimized technical job designs
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in service delivery
- Provide real-time support to PSD operations
- Support risk management and apply lessons learned to improve job design
- Consult with subject matter experts to optimize technical designs
- Support execution‑phase design changes due to dimension/resource/quality changes
- Assist in incident response, recovery, and investigation
- Collaborate with multiple Product Line operations on optimized job design
- Assist sales and commercial teams in evaluating technical viability and tenders
- Analyze job execution vs. design and capture improvements (lessons learned)
