As a Program Manager , you will join the Program Management team within Dallara Automobili, responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team on a specific automotive program. Your role will encompass technical coordination throughout the program lifecycle, definition of technical requirements, and preparation of commercial offers. You will act as the main point of contact for the client during product development, ensuring satisfaction and collaboration with business units and departments. You will define development plans, manage budgets, monitor costs, and implement corrective actions, while supporting knowledge sharing and professional growth within the team. What We Are Looking For 5–10 years of experience in product development in technical leadership roles with direct responsibility for coordinating multidisciplinary teams, preferably gained in full‑vehicle development environments. Experience with advanced composite or hybrid metal‑composite structures, bodywork, mechanical components, powertrain integration, aerodynamics or vehicle performance simulations is considered a plus. Proven experience in project financial management, with the ability to plan, monitor and control costs related to company resources and product components. You must demonstrate autonomy in defining budgets, evaluating deviations, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring economic sustainability throughout the lifecycle. Strong understanding of development and production processes in automotive and/or aerospace sectors, including quality requirements, timelines, costs and industrialization processes. Excellent stress‑management skills and the ability to function effectively in dynamic environments with tight deadlines and high operational pressure. Strong team‑working attitude, excellent communication skills, and a natural inclination for cross‑functional collaboration. Excellent written and spoken English.
