Experteer Overview

In this role you drive the technical execution and tendering of eMobility infrastructure projects, from concept to commissioning. You will lead engineering across MV/LV distribution and power conversion, coordinating internal and external stakeholders to deliver innovative charging solutions. The position combines technical leadership with cross-functional collaboration to ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery. • Provide technical leadership for execution and tendering of eMobility electrical infrastructure projects
• Own engineering activities across project lifecycles from concept to commissioning
• Collaborate with Local Operating Units, Sales, R&D, Product Engineering, Supply Chain, and site teams
• Coordinate and supervise remote engineering teams for primary and secondary tasks
• Design power supply system architectures and perform sizing calculations
• Evaluate supplier offers and support procurement processes
• Provide technical expertise during tendering and project execution
• Translate customer requirements into optimized, compliant technical solutions
• Lead technical discussions with clients and resolve site queries
• Ensure safety, compliance and engineering excellence throughout projects

Responsabilità

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering with a focus on Power Electronics or Power Systems
• 7-10 years in MV/LV power distribution, electrical systems design/engineering
• Experience with DC power supply systems, power converters, energy storage, or harmonic filtering (a plus)
• Strong knowledge of engineering tools (BIM, CAD, ETAP, MathCAD)
• Proactive, results-driven with strong teamwork and communication skills
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous learning
• Willingness to travel up to 10% for meetings
• Fluent in English and French
