As Autel Energy expands rapidly in Europe’s EV charging market, we are seeking a proactive and structured Project Manager to support our growing operations in Milan, Italy.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Sales Manager for all post-sales and project execution topics
- Coordinate tenders, collect required documentation, and handle internal approvals
- Create offers and manage supporting documents for project fulfilment
- Serve as the main backoffice contact for sales execution and customer delivery
- Coordinate across departments (Technical Support, Product, Logistics, Finance)
- Track project timelines and ensure operational readiness for delivery and commissioning
- Collaborate with partners and service providers on local execution
- Support customer-facing communication when needed on operational matters
- Proactively escalate issues and ensure follow-up until resolution
What We’re Looking For
Hard Skills
- Technical background (engineering, energy systems, electronics, etc.)
- Experience with EV charging, electrical installations, or infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of project documentation, commercial workflows, and partner coordination
- Fluent in English; Mandarin and Italian is a plus.
Soft Skills
- 3+ years of experience in technical project management or sales operations
- Structured, hands-on working style and proactive communication
- High reliability, strong ownership, and ability to manage parallel tasks
- Comfortable working across time zones and international cultures
- Willingness to travel when required
