  • Identify and implement features that improve the website’s functionality, focusing on conversion‑rate optimisation and seamless user journeys.
  • Represent the customer’s voice by analysing feedback and user behaviour to refine CX, in collaboration with the UX Research team.
  • Collaborate with multiple functions to identify bottlenecks in e‑commerce processes and implement scalable solutions.
  • Work with leadership to define project milestones, timelines and resource allocation, ensuring timely delivery of e‑commerce goals.
  • Monitor project success using KPIs and data‑driven insights, ensuring every update delivers measurable value to the business.
  • Act as a bridge among stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on priorities.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional project management experience, preferably within e‑commerce or digital products.
  • Degree in Business, Management, Engineering or a related field.
  • Understanding of e‑commerce platforms, web technologies and e‑commerce operations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to influence counterparts and gain consensus among stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated problem‑solving skills, self‑prioritisation and the ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using data to justify project spend and measure ROI of new features.
  • Critical‑thinking ability to identify risks and dependencies, and capacity to operate autonomously.
  • Minimum educational requirements: Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of project management experience, or Associate’s degree with 5+ years, or High‑school diploma with 7+ years. Advanced degrees (Master’s or Doctorate) may substitute for up to two years of experience.

  • Experience in a remote‑first or multi‑national work environment.
  • Fluency in Italian.
