In this role you lead quality performance for Fine Jewelry and Home & Accessories across the US and Europe, ensuring product excellence and compliance. You’ll supervise production and supplier quality, drive preventive quality assurance, and manage a team to foster continuous improvement. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to address quality risks early and support robust industrialization of new products. Your work enables Tiffany to sustain premium standards while scaling quality across the value chain.

  • Lead quality activities across internal and external operations to meet Tiffany & Co. standards and legal requirements
  • Oversee local inspection and control activities aligning with production turn-time expectations
  • Monitor quality performance via audits, KPIs, and reporting; define improvement priorities to reduce defects
  • Continuously review quality controls and operating practices to improve reliability and product conformity
  • Lead supplier quality oversight including supplier evaluations, audits, and performance improvement actions
  • Manage supplier CAPA and track corrective actions to closure with sustainable outcomes
  • Drive preventive quality assurance by assessing upstream risks across supplier capability, production readiness, specs, and testing methods
  • Support root cause analysis and quality improvement initiatives with global cross-functional teams
  • Lead and develop a team of 8, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning
  • Act as a key quality partner to product development, manufacturing, and suppliers to ensure measurable, sustainable quality in production
  • Contribute to new product readiness by identifying quality risks early and supporting robust industrialization

Responsabilità

  • Engineering degree or Master in quality/manufacturing or equivalent
  • Min 8 years of experience in production quality, supplier quality, or similar roles
  • Experience in luxury/jewelry goods or high-value manufacturing environment
  • Fluent in English; Italian or French preferred
  • Analytical and strong problem-solving skills
  • Flexible, adaptable to changing prioritiesAbility to build effective partnerships with suppliers and cross-functional teams; excellent communication and team spirit
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Weekly travel to external/internal manufacturing facilities
