The Last Mile Analytics & Quality Team in Hyderabad is looking for a Transportation Quality Specialist who will act as first level support for driver and delivery related programs. Your solutions will impact our customers directly! This role requires you to constantly hit the ground running, learn quickly, and work on disparate and overlapping tasks to define your success. High‑impact production issues often require coordination between Development, Operations and IT Support groups, giving you breadth of impact with various teams.

The ideal candidate must be detail oriented, possess superior verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, and be able to juggle multiple tasks at once. You should be able to work independently, maintain professionalism under pressure, identify problems before they happen, implement preventive solutions, make sound judgments, and improve the customer experience.

Key Job Responsibilities

Fluency in Japanese; JLPT N3 certification.

Analyze case‑level inputs to identify predictors or causes of business‑related problems and improve delivery and customer experience through case‑level corrections.

Identify and uncover areas of opportunity and highlight them to managers.

Collaborate with intra‑space resources as needed to carry out basic analyses and ensure efficiency and effectiveness of programs.

Do root‑cause analyses, when needed, within the space subject to availability of data.

Basic Qualifications

Fluency in Japanese and JLPT N3 certification.

10‑24 months of work experience.

Good communication skills; ability to facilitate flow of translated information (Japanese English) between internal and external teams.

Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).

Demonstrated ability to work in a team in a very dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Advanced analysis of case‑level inputs to identify predictors or causes of business‑related problems and improve delivery / customer experience.

Identification and highlighting of areas of opportunity to managers.

Collaboration with multiple resources to carry out basic analyses ensuring efficiency and effectiveness of programs.

Root‑cause analysis within the space, subject to data availability.

Logistics background and lean / six sigma training (plus).

Basics in SQL.
