City : Ravenna, Emilia-Romagna, Italy State : Emilia-Romagna (IT-45) Country : Italy (IT) Requisition Number : 46071 Role Purpose Statement - Ensure that HR Activities is in compliance with laws and regulations regarding Human Resources policies and practices and that they are aligned with all Bunge HR policies and procedures. HR supports the business by providing information, systems and solutions to continuously develop the organizations capabilities. Main Accountabilities

Responsible for driving day to day HR service delivery, provides HR support and advice to local leaders. As appropriate, lead/implement country/site specific HR programs and policies and ensure understanding and adherence of local and global policies. Lead/support labour relations and all regional employment policies, practices and processes. Work in alignment with HR line of management to implement country / site workforce plan. Partner across CoE and BBS to drive all HR operational activities in country/plant/site (recruiting; training; benefits programs). Provide visibility to businesses/functions on high potential talent. Ensure that the company fulfils its legal requirements in employee related matters: payroll, occupational health services etc. Is accountable for the Collective Agreement based interpretations and practises at the local level. Implements both corporate and local HR Processes, policies and instructions regarding employment life-cycle. Ensures that the local leaders and managers are educated and engaged regarding the HR Processes. Leads local compensation and benefits process and ensures that they are aligned with corporate policies and industrial benchmark. Actively drive for talent development in accordance with and through the corporate processes: the performance management and succession planning processes. Ensures that there is a systematic approach to competence and skills development that is based to strategic priorities set. Ensures that the resources are adequate and that the recruitment process is followed as agreed in corporate. Ensures that there are effective processes to monitor and develop employees’ well-being and work ability and that they are relevant KPI’s to follow the progress.

Knowledge, Skills And Experience

Bachelor degree and adequate level training. 5-10 years of HR Experience, specifically in human resources generalist role. Italian and English fluency and other language skills a plus. Proven experience and knowledge and understanding of the Labour Laws and EU regulations around labour. A deep understanding of business stream lines and commercial functions. Ability to work in a matrix organization. The salary range for this role is €50,4600 - €55,000 gross per year, depending on experience.
