Experteer Overview. As a Junior Stress Engineer, you will support reliable modelling and stress analysis of car components to ensure safe, performance-driven designs. You will build finite element models under guidance and produce clear Stress Reports that document your analyses. You’ll contribute to damage investigations and help improve sizing methods. This role sits within a fast-paced, collaborative engineering environment and offers growth through tailored training and cross-functional teamwork. Responsibilities

Perform FE-based and hand-calculation stress analyses for car components under guidance; document methods and results in clear Stress Reports Support damage and defect investigations with data-driven insights Ensure analyses comply with defined procedures and contribute to evolving calculation methods Build cross-functional relationships within the department and with other teams to foster collaboration and continuous improvement Demonstrate initiative in skill development and actively seek feedback from senior engineers Qualifications

Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering master’s degree Understanding of carbon and metal structures at academic level Strong knowledge of theory behind FEA Experience with FE preprocessing/solving: Altair HyperMesh/OptiStruct, Abaqus Basic knowledge of CAD (NX is a plus) Knowledge of current manufacturing processes and material science Team-oriented, proactive, innovative mindset Travel 0-10% Benefits / Requisites
