Comunication Associate, Logistics (fixed term contract - maternity cover)

We are looking for a communication associate for maternity cover (temporary contract) within the logistics operations, focusing on communication materials for internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver communication materials aimed at supporting logistics management and cross‑functional stakeholders
• Translate high‑level input and data into clear and well‑structured content with strong visual impact, leveraging creativity and advanced PowerPoint skills
• Support managers by transforming data into clear, compelling visual representations
• Prepare detailed operational and financial reviews on key topics, ensuring clarity and accuracy
• Work with the Cross‑Channel Manager to coordinate, track and follow up on dedicated logistics operations and initiatives

Qualifications

• University graduate
• Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are advantageous
• 6‑12 months experience in a related role
• Strong communication and creativity skills, with advanced knowledge of PowerPoint
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize dynamically based on changing business requirements
• Results‑oriented, proactive, able to work both independently and in a team
