Comunication Associate, Logistics (fixed term contract - maternity cover)

We are looking for a communication associate for maternity cover (temporary contract) within the logistics operations, focusing on communication materials for internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities

Develop and deliver communication materials aimed at supporting logistics management and cross‑functional stakeholders Translate high‑level input and data into clear and well‑structured content with strong visual impact, leveraging creativity and advanced PowerPoint skills Support managers by transforming data into clear, compelling visual representations Prepare detailed operational and financial reviews on key topics, ensuring clarity and accuracy Work with the Cross‑Channel Manager to coordinate, track and follow up on dedicated logistics operations and initiatives

Qualifications

University graduate Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are advantageous 6‑12 months experience in a related role Strong communication and creativity skills, with advanced knowledge of PowerPoint Attention to detail and ability to prioritize dynamically based on changing business requirements Results‑oriented, proactive, able to work both independently and in a team
