IT Project Manager/Account – IT Company in Reggio Emilia (RE)

LAVOROPIÙ S.P.A. – AGENZIA PER IL LAVORO (ICTpiù, divisione Tech & Digital) is looking for an IT Project Manager/Account to work remotely with a growing IT company based in Reggio Emilia (RE). The selected candidate will report to the COO and will be responsible for the entire client relationship, from pre-sales to after-sales.

Responsibilities

• Support the commercial team in understanding client needs, including analysis and collection of requirements.
• Collaborate on the definition of technical and functional solutions.
• Participate in drafting commercial offers and proposals.
• Plan and monitor projects.
• Coordinate internal teams (development, UX, QA, etc.).
• Manage the post-sales phase, identifying upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Provide training to clients on products/services and prepare training materials.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within IT companies.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Competence in functional analysis.
• Good knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira).
• Strong commercial relationship skills and a consultative approach.

• Direct, permanent employment.
• Salary range: €37,000 – €40,000 per year.
• Smart working possible after the initial orientation period, approximately 2 days per week.
