The first Sales General Manager will be a natural leader who will be endorsed to take full responsibility of a highly performing team, focusing on overall governance and organization. The role will act as focal point for all functions and will report directly to the President of the Group. Provide vision and guidance to ensure alignment with Group's goals and values. Manage P&L, budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation. Lead and mentor the management team, fostering a collaborative, humble, and high-performance culture. Deploy a new efficiency and quality roadmap to achieve higher standards requested by customers. Build and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders, investors, and partners. Foster partnership with existing clients and represent the Company in front of potential new clients during key meetings and fairs. The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or Business Administration and brings direct commercial experience with full P&L accountability, preferably within the oleodynamics or hydraulics sector. They demonstrate a strong goal-oriented mindset, consistently achieving high performance standards and making confident decisions. They possess excellent interpersonal skills and strong verbal reasoning capabilities, enabling effective communication across different stakeholders. Fluency in both English and Italian is essential to operate successfully in an international business environment. What's On Offer
