The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, growing existing accounts, promoting Ecosoft’s water treatment solutions and supporting long-term commercial growth in the region. /ppThis position is ideal for a sales professional with strong experience in B2B sales, distributor or dealer development, and technical products. Experience in water treatment, HVAC, plumbing, industrial equipment or engineering solutions will be considered a strong advantage. /ppbr/ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /pulliDevelop Ecosoft Italia’s business presence in the Italian market. /liliIdentify and attract new distributors, dealers, installers, partners and B2B customers. /liliBuild, manage and grow a strong sales pipeline. /liliPromote and sell Ecosoft’s water treatment products and solutions. /liliDevelop long-term cooperation with customers and business partners. /liliGrow existing accounts and identify new sales opportunities. /liliPrepare commercial offers, quotations and contracts. /liliNegotiate pricing, cooperation terms and delivery conditions. /liliCollect market feedback and monitor competitors, customer needs and market trends. /liliRepresent Ecosoft Italia at customer meetings, trade fairs, exhibitions and industry events. /liliWork closely with technical, logistics, customer service and marketing teams. /liliMaintain accurate CRM records and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongWhat We Are Looking For /strong /pulliProven experience in B2B sales, business development, account management or distributor sales. /liliExperience working with distributors, dealers, installers or business partners. /liliExperience in water treatment, HVAC, plumbing, industrial equipment, engineering solutions or other technical products will be considered a strong advantage. /liliGood understanding of the Italian B2B market. /liliStrong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills. /liliAbility to work independently and take ownership of results. /liliExperience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools. /liliWillingness to travel across Italy for customer meetings, partner visits and trade fairs. /liliFluent Italian is required. /liliGood English is required for communication with the international team. /liliDriving licence is required. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongBenefits /strong /pulliCompany car or mobility support, according to company policy. /liliLaptop, mobile phone and other business tools required for the role. /liliProduct training and ongoing technical support. /liliHybrid / field-based working model. /liliOpportunity to develop Ecosoft Italia’s business in the Italian market. /liliCooperation with an experienced international team. /liliCareer growth opportunities within an international company. /liliCompensationstrong -

/strongThe gross annual salary / RAL for this role is expected to be within the range of €55,000 – €75,000 gross per year, depending on the candidate’s experience, seniority and professional background. /liliThe compensation package also includes a strongperformance-based commission plan,
