Are you a commercially driven sales professional with a strong network across CIS, Russia and Middle Eastern markets? Do you thrive in an international fashion environment where relationship-building, market knowledge and business development go hand in hand?

We are partnering with a leading fashion and luxury company to identify a Regional Sales Manager who will drive wholesale growth and strengthen strategic partnerships across CIS, Russia and the Middle East.

The Opportunity

This role offers the chance to take ownership of a high-potential territory, developing long-term partnerships and expanding the brand's presence across key markets.

Responsibilities

  • Driving business growth through the acquisition of new wholesale partners and the development of existing accounts
  • Managing and expanding relationships with key retailers, distributors and strategic partners
  • Developing commercial strategies tailored to regional market dynamics
  • Leading sales negotiations and supporting annual business planning activities
  • Monitoring market trends, consumer behavior and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure successful execution of commercial initiatives
  • Representing the brand during international sales campaigns, market appointments and industry events
  • Delivering sales objectives while ensuring long‑term, sustainable business development

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in wholesale sales, account management or business development within the fashion, luxury or lifestyle sectors
  • Strong understanding of CIS, Russian and Middle Eastern markets
  • Fluent Russian and English are mandatory
  • Established network within the fashion and retail industry is highly valued
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship‑management skills
  • Strong commercial awareness and analytical mindset
  • Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced international environment
  • Availability for frequent international travel
