You will apply your expertise in SEC enforcement, public offerings, broker-dealer compliance, and investment adviser regulation to evaluate how AI reasons about securities law. No prior AI experience is required — your background in U. S. securities law is exactly what's needed. S. securities law hypotheticals, including Securities Act registration, Exchange Act reporting, insider trading (Rule 10b-5), and investment company regulation. Apply a structured legal rubric to assess issue spotting, accuracy of SEC rules and regulations, and proper application of Howey test, Regulation D, and proxy solicitation rules. Provide detailed, high-quality annotations and written feedback to refine AI models. Collaborate with researchers and project managers to align evaluation standards and project goals.
