MANDATORY Minimum Requirements
Must be at least 21 years of age
At least 2 years of verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience
At least 6 months of verifiable OTR flatbed experience
No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years
No more than 2 preventable accidents in the past 3 years
No DOT reportable with receiving a citation that related to a fatality in the past 3 years
No more than 6 jobs in the past 3 years
