The Analytics & Retail Media Manager is a strategic, data-driven manager responsible for defining, coordinating, and optimizing the retail media, digital campaigns, and media analytics roadmap across the Southern Europe Hub. This role connects advanced performance analytics with commercial media execution to drive brand growth and measurable business outcomes across the Colgate-Palmolive portfolio. Reporting directly to the Southern Europe Hub Digital leadership team, you will serve as the subject matter expert on media trends, consumer digital behavior, and performance analytics. You will partner closely with marketing, commercial, and European divisional teams to transform media investments into a high-performing competitive advantage across multiple markets. Responsibilities Retail Media Strategy & ExecutionDefine and coordinate the overarching Retail Media, Digital Media, and Media Analytics strategy for the Southern Europe Hub, ensuring seamless alignment with brand objectives and guidelines. Lead and coordinate all Amazon Media activities across Hub markets, driving operational best practices and commercial performance. Own end-to-end Amazon media strategy, budget allocation, and ROAS optimization across the entire Amazon Ads suite, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and Amazon DSP. Data Clean Room Capabilities (Amazon Marketing Cloud): Leverage Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) to move beyond basic last-click attribution. Act as the primary interface with the European regional team to seamlessly localize global and divisional media guidelines.Performance Analytics & Campaign OptimizationCoordinate the performance, integration, and execution of digital media campaigns, including Amazon Search & DSP, Paid Social. Leverage advanced data and media analytics, including attribution modeling and ROI analysis, to derive actionable insights and campaign optimizations. Establish standardized media performance metrics, frameworks, and visualization dashboards across the Hub to ensure data-driven decision-making. Turn media performance data into strategic growth recommendations that improve commercial conversion and brand dia Financials & Vendor ManagementOversee, manage, and optimize a significant media budget allocated across multiple geographies and platforms to maximize return on investment (ROI). Lead relationships with media agencies, tech platforms, and external media partners, ensuring high-quality execution, accountability, and efficiency. Manage cross-functional project roadmaps simultaneously, ensuring all media activations meet strict deadlines, corporate quality standards, and budget compliance.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Analytics, or a related field. 3–4 years of experience in a media-focused role, with a proven track record across both digital performance media and retail media. Media Planning Expertise: Deep knowledge of developing and executing media campaigns on Amazon and digital performance channels. Analytical Capabilities: Advanced ability to gather, synthesize, and interpret media performance data, attribution modeling, and ROI metrics. Financial Acumen: Strong budget management skills with a proven ability to strategically allocate and optimize media spend across multiple markets. Communication & Influence: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders at all levels. Project Management & Drive: proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, take proactive ownership, and drive results in a fast-paced environment. Language Skills: Full professional fluency in both English and Italian is required. Spanish is considered a plus.Preferred QualificationsExperience in consumer-facing industry, either in-house or within a top-tier media, digital, or retail media agency. Knowledge of media mix modeling inputs and collaboration with internal Insights & Analytics teams. Basic SQL, Looker Studio, Google Analytics 4 (pixels, UTMs, Amazon click tags).
