We are seeking a talented Asset Management Analyst to join our Asset Management Center‑South Italy of Generali Real Estate S.p.A.The new joiner will be in charge of the following activities:Identification and implementation of Real Estate development strategiesPreparation and finalization of business plans, cash flow, scenario simulations for individual assets, sensitivity analysis on portfolios or individual assetsCoordination of Project Management, Property Management and Agency activitiesCoordination of rental activities for vacant spaces and/or renegotiation of leased spaces through the internal functions of Letting and external Real Estate brokerage companiesReporting activities regarding the performance of the assets in the PortfolioMonitoring of assigned performance targetsSupport to the Accounting function regarding the accounting of costs and revenues of portfolios and the analysis of deviations between planned budgets and final budgets, acquiring, over time, more and more autonomyRequirementsDegree in Engineering, Architecture or EconomicsMaster’s degree in Real Estate is a plus0‑2 years of experience in related rolesExcellent knowledge of EnglishExcellent use of the Office application package (Excel, PowerPoint)Teamwork and high adaptabilityAbility to solve problemsWhat could make the difference?Maintaining a positive approach to situationsFlexibility and adaptability to different situations and approach;Proactive mindset and desire to learn.A fixed‑term contract is offered at Level 2 of the 3rd professional area (grading and salary level), with application of the CCNL Credit for non‑executive employees and the Company Supplementary Agreement of Generali Real Estate.Initial gross annual salary: €37.500.Generali is proud to be an inclusive employer that considers applicants regardless of gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, ethnicity, disability, religion, political views, marital status or philosophy of life.If you have a disability or special need that requires accommodation or assistance we will support you during the selection process. #J-18808-Ljbffr
