Key Activities & Accountabilities
- Prepare quotations in all format available (by way of example and not limited to: Nexus estimates, legalmail, various platforms, second hand) commercial agreements, RDO of each necessary platform. Manage customer feedback and all activities related to offer management.
- Working actively with the Customer Service, with the Finance department and all other internal functions in order to maintain the synergies in place and improve the efficiency of the Business.
- Make sure that the management of offers is appropriate in order to facilitate the acquisition of new customers.
- Provide the Regional Sales Managers and other figures of interest with data relating to economic conditions (products, services, prices, discounts, etc. ...) relating to products, units, aggregate values based on the individual regions with the inclusion of all data necessary for the formulation of sales and marketing strategies, among others.
- Respect and promote the culture of Compliance, both of a regulatory and ethical nature.
- Respect the quality policies and standards deriving from internal operating procedures.
Safeguard and use the assigned digital signature devices with care.
Pay rate will not be below any applicable local minimum wage rates.
