Experteer Overview In this role you guide client projects in risk and resilience, leveraging analytics to quantify and mitigate risk across industries. You will work within a European practice hub, collaborating with global clients to strengthen governance, risk data capabilities, and contingency planning. The work spans core risk and risk analytics, enabling data-driven scenario planning and advanced modeling. Retribuzione / Benefits Guide clients through uncertainty by addressing gaps across risk management dimensions Contribute to enterprise risk management enhancement and governance improvements Support data-driven scenario planning, stress-testing, and model development/validation (analytics focus) or strengthen governance and resilience (core risk focus) Translate insights into actionable strategies and institutionalize risk capabilities for client organizations Collaborate with cross-functional teams across a global client base to deliver solutions Embed contingencies within long-term strategies to navigate disruptions Responsabilità 4+ years in risk management/quantitative analysis or risk-focused consultancy experience Master’s degree; advanced quantitative field preferred Experience with risk model lifecycle (development, implementation, testing) Programming in Python or R; SQL/No SQL knowledge is a plus Familiarity with machine learning/AI concepts and Gen AI/LLM is advantageous Strong analytical and quantitative modeling expertise Excellent verbal and written communication in English and local language(s) Ability to travel and work in a collaborative, inclusive, team-driven environment Requisiti fondamentali competitive salary comprehensive benefits package continuous learning and apprenticeship programs mentorship and career development global collaboration with 65+ countries diverse and inclusive work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
