Overview As Brand Manager for Italy, Greece & Malta, drive the region’s growth and market presence for Piaget. You will build a strong wholesale network, lead 360 activation plans, and embed client‑centric practices across the local organization in coordination with European leadership. You will oversee marketing, training, supply chain, and P&L to deliver sustainable performance. This is a chance to shape the brand’s regional strategy within a global luxury group and mentor a high‑performing team. Benefits Define and implement wholesale distribution strategies to expand the network and hit ambitious sales targets Oversee marketing and communication plans, manage budgets, ensure merchandising excellence, and organize client/press events Develop wholesale partner training, manage supply chain, optimize partner stock levels, and coordinate after‑sales service Manage local Brand P&L, budget planning, and financial reporting with variance analysis and inventory/DSO consideration Negotiate contractual terms, prices, discounts, and payment conditions with wholesale clients Recruit, lead, and develop a high‑performing team and foster entrepreneurial brand culture Collaborate cross‑functionally with Richemont meetings and align European teams Responsibilities Minimum of 10 years of progressive management and sales leadership in Wholesale, preferably luxury watch/jewelry Deep knowledge of the Italian distribution landscape and high‑end clientele Proven ability to develop and maintain an effective wholesale strategy with market insight Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred Strong financial acumen with P&L and budgeting experience Proficiency in SAP Native Italian speaker with fluent English Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills Entrepreneurial mindset and commitment to ethical standards Fundamental Requirements Salary range 95 K–110 K Annual bonus plan Meal vouchers Welfare #J-18808-Ljbffr
