At Ninesquared, we are building a volleyball-first brand working with over 500 clubs across Europe and expanding rapidly in the US. Founded by former professional players, we combine product expertise with a direct-to-club approach to deliver premium teamwear at competitive prices. As we continue to grow internationally, we are looking for a Business Development Intern to join our team and support our expansion. What you'll do Identify and reach out to potential clients (clubs, partners, distributors) Support outbound sales campaigns (email, calls etc.) Help manage and update our CRM Assist in preparing commercial offers Contribute to international expansion strategies Support day-to-day sales and business development activities What we're looking for Student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, or similar Strong communication skills in English and Italian (additional languages are a plus) Proactive, curious, and eager to learn Structured and detail-oriented Interest in sports and/or apparel is a plus What you'll get Direct exposure to real business decisions and international growth Close mentorship from experienced founders and sales professionals A dynamic, fast-paced environment with real responsibility Opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance Compensation: Paid internship with a small monthly allowance Duration: 5–6 months (start date flexible) If you're looking for a role where you can learn fast, take ownership, and make an impact, we'd love to hear from you.
