About Role American Express is looking for a young university or master’s student recently graduated in Engineering, Business, Statistics or Math for an internship in our Credit Risk Management Team. The intern will have a unique opportunity to approach the dynamics of reality at American Express and the credit risk management cycle of corporates and individuals. Responsibilities

Support the team in analysis and reports preparation Learn the implementation of the main credit metrics for acquisitions and portfolio management Data gathering and analysis Database querying in SQL / Python Mapping / review of internal policies and operational flows

Qualifications

University or master’s student / recently graduated in Engineering, Business, Statistics or Math Good knowledge of SQL and Python Good knowledge of Power Point and Excel (VBA is a plus) Structured, independent, proactive and results‑oriented Analytical and organizational skills Fluency in English and Italian (written & spoken)
