Company Description TRUSTWISE Solutions is assisting one of its partners looking for talented CFO having 10+ years of experience in Industries. Final customer as international group (Turnover < 1 Bln EUR). Position based in Northern Italy. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in North Italy for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The CFO will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, managing financial reporting, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include analysing financial data, developing strategies to optimize financial performance, supervising accounting teams, and providing strategic financial guidance to the organization's senior leadership. The role requires a proactive approach to decision-making, with a focus on financial sustainability and long-term growth. Qualifications

Expertise in Financial Planning and Finance, with the ability to develop and implement effective financial strategies Deep understanding of Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, including preparing and interpreting complex reports Strong Analytical Skills to assess financial data and provide insightful recommendations for organizational growth Proven experience in managing and leading financial teams with excellent organizational and leadership capabilities Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA certification is highly desirable Exceptional communication and decision-making skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Experience in a similar leadership role in a fast-paced environment is considered an advantage
