Position Overview
Sales Representative – Clinical Nutrition (Triveneto area)
As a Sales Representative for the Triveneto region, you will be a trusted partner for healthcare professionals and a key contributor to Baxter’s growth.
Responsibilities
Building and maintaining strong, long‑term relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision‑makers.
Implementing effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned targets, based on systematic analysis of territory performance and customer potential.
Promoting Baxter’s Clinical Nutrition portfolio by clearly communicating clinical benefits and appropriate use.
Monitoring market trends and competitive activities to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborating closely with Marketing, Medica and cross‑functional teams on promotional and educational initiatives.
Ensuring excellent customer service by promptly and effectively addressing customer needs and inquiries.
Using CRM and internal business applications to plan activities, prioritize accounts, track opportunities and measure effectiveness of actions.
Required Qualifications
Degree in Informazione Scientifica Del Farmaco or equivalent.
Proven sales experience, preferably within healthcare, medical devices or clinical nutrition.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer‑oriented mindset.
Good level of English, with the ability to effectively communicate in an international business environment.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand and interpret sales data; solid knowledge of Excel (e.g., trend analysis, pivot tables, reporting).
Experience in using CRM systems and internal company applications to manage sales performance, forecast results and account planning.
The ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team.
Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
A proactive, results‑driven attitude with a strong desire to succeed.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Applicants must reside in: Vicenza/Padova/Venezia/Treviso.
