Clinical Project Management Director - Patient-Centered Solutions (Multiple Locations) As the Clinical Project Management Director, you lead complex patient experience studies and in-trial interview programs within the PCS portfolio, shaping delivery strategy and driving growth. You act as a senior strategic partner to clients, overseeing global teams and ensuring high-quality, compliant study execution. Your work links patient perspectives to evidence generation across development, regulatory decisions, and market access. This role offers influence on delivery capabilities and opportunities to advance patient-centered research. Direct the delivery of complex patient experience studies and related evidence-generation initiatives Lead strategic planning and operational execution across large studies, programs, portfolios, and client accounts Serve as executive operational sponsor and senior relationship lead for assigned client accounts Build and maintain trusted sponsor and client relationships; lead senior-level delivery discussions Oversee development and execution of integrated study and portfolio management plans Monitor project performance, budgets, timelines, resources, and quality Drive best practices, process improvement, and operational efficiency across programs Identify and manage strategic risks and client escalations Support business growth through scope expansion and proposals Lead and develop Clinical Project Managers and delivery staff; manage performance and succession planning Ensure training and capability development across the PM organization Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing talent; plan workforce needs with leadership Ensure compliance with regulations, GCP, SOPs, quality standards, and risk management processes Champion cross-functional initiatives and PCS delivery maturation Advanced degree in life sciences, public health, psychology, epidemiology, health economics, healthcare research, or related discipline preferred Significant experience in clinical research, project leadership, patient-centered research, or related healthcare disciplines Experience managing complex global studies, programs, or client portfolios Solid understanding of clinical trial delivery and regulatory requirements (GCP) Knowledge of patient experience data and in-trial interview studies is ideal Experience supporting business development including proposals, pricing, and bid defenses Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary and international teams Strong financial acumen and experience managing profitability and contracts Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive-level presentations Strong analytical and strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Outstanding interpersonal skills and client relationship building Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with competing priorities As the Clinical Project Management Director, you lead complex patient experience studies and in-trial interview programs within the PCS port #J-18808-Ljbffr
