Clinical Research Associate II — RBQM & Site Leadership

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Site Manager to provide strategic oversight of clinical trial sites in Rome. The role requires 3+ years of monitoring experience, independent oversight, and strong ICH-GCP/regulatory knowledge. You will lead on-site and remote visits, RBQM implementation, and ensure data integrity and patient safety across trials. The ideal candidate holds a Life Sciences degree, GCP certification, and demonstrates proficiency with CTMS, EDC, IWRS, and eTMF.
