In a phase of growth, integration and progressive global harmonisation, the Legal & Compliance function plays a key role in supporting the Group’s development, ensuring alignment of governance frameworks, integrity principles and risk management systems across the Group’s legal entities. Responsibilities Contribute to the development and evolution of the Group’s governance and compliance framework, working on key policies and procedures (Code of Conduct, anti‑corruption, conflicts of interest, data protection, cybersecurity, trade compliance – sanctions and export control – antitrust, AML, whistleblowing) and ensuring alignment between Group standards and local requirements. Support the Group Compliance Program as part of a broader legal framework, working closely with the Group General Counsel on risk assessments and on the definition of operational solutions supporting the Group’s activities.
