Experteer Overview
As a Customer Reliability Engineer, you will apply SRE best practices to Isovalent’s software on-premises and in cloud environments, working closely with customers to understand architectures and configurations. You’ll coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver world‑class support, drive incident resolution, and improve health visibility across customer environments. This role sits at the intersection of reliability, networking, and cloud‑native operations, offering meaningful impact at scale. You’ll join a mission‑driven team that values collaboration, learning, and delivering trusted solutions.

Support production environments and guide issue resolution
Responsabilità
6+ years of direct enterprise customer support/engagement in a technical capacity
Experience securing OS instances, applications, or distributed systems
Experience operating Linux systems
Experience scaling Kubernetes clusters in production
Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Expertise in networking concepts across OSI layers 2–7
