Data lead for performance & data management (contract)

Global Payroll Country Lead – Italy (Implementation) We're looking for an experienced payroll professional to lead payroll implementation and country expertise for Italy in a global environment. This role sits within an implementation team and focuses on delivering high-quality payroll projects from onboarding to go-live. Key requirements: Strong experience in Italian payroll, ideally in a client payroll environment Proven payroll implementation experience Fluent in English and Italian Strong knowledge of Italian payroll legislation and local processes Confident communicator with stakeholders and clients Experience with payroll tools and systems (e.g. SAP, Excel/Google Sheets) Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international setting What you'll do: Act as the payroll subject matter expert for Italy Lead payroll implementation projects end-to-end Support client onboarding and go-live phases Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and systems Ensure accurate documentation, processes, and handovers to operations This is a great opportunity to make an impact in global payroll implementation and work in an international, forward-thinking environment.
