Join our team as an IT Support Engineer and support enterprise IT operations with hands‑on troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network issues. This is a great opportunity for an early‑career professional to develop your IT career.
What Will You Do- Install, troubleshoot, and repair desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Perform some Smart Hands support for networking hardware.
- Troubleshoot within Windows / iOS / Android OS support, software installations, and security updates.
- Manage Active Directory tasks.
- Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues (LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi‑Fi).
- 1–3 years of experience providing IT infrastructure support, including hardware, software, and operating system troubleshooting.
- Proficient Italian and English (at least B2).
- Good command of Windows O/S.
- Microsoft Office 365 troubleshooting experience.
- Wireless networking knowledge.
- Understanding of network protocols, server hardware and configurations.
- Experience with Active Directory.
- Advantage: Basic knowledge of LAN‑WAN setups and concepts.
